Reporting each other

Okay, so this user was selling an account I was really interested in after 2 days he finally said okay I'll sell it to you I was glad.

So then today he finally decided he would've sellen the account to me and I accepted. I paid first 60m 07RSGP to this user, and he gave me the account as he promised. I logged in the account after 2 hours he finally changed it to my e-mail adress so it was finally on my name. I went to PK for 2 hours on the account and I got disconnected twice in the wilderness. And after that I got perma-banned. On an account I just played 2 hours on, 60 million 07RSGP gone. Plus the account gone.

So I instantly sended him a message on Skype dude how can this account get perma-banned all of a sudden? It had an offensive on botting but that was in 2014 and it was quashed. He told me he let his friend play on the account and because of all the different IP's Jagex noted I got perma-banned because of him...whoever would've bought his account and played on it would've gotten the same problem as me and would've gotten perma-banned. And he still just sold this account who knows how many people he let play on the account.

Long story short;

Who ever would've bought this account off him would've gotten perma-banned and I had the bad luck.
He had multiple friends play on this account, that's why Jagex banned it when I logged in on it and played for a little bit.
Too many IP-Connections towards this account got it banned he never told me before buying this account that multiple people have played on this.
And this is the reason I got perma-banned and he just doesn't care at all.
He just said on Skype; anyways your out 60m take care.
And that I got the account banned, not him.
Please guys just do something about this user...

 

So he showed evidence he got my account banned now wants a refund.

So making this clear I have to refund him if the account I sold him gets banned?

Now he's mad because I wont refund. He assumes account was banned because previous offenses a year and a half ago. Obviously I can assume he got my account banned by either messaging someone about the purchase of a account or Being suspicious to the point where someone reported the account.

I have only had one other person on this account and never had a issue with it. It's 2 years old and now I'm responsible to refund for HIM getting my account banned?

Please let me know if I have to refund him. I also mentioned it was botted and can clearly see blackmarks.

Please let me know how to resolve this issue.

 

He doesn't have to refund, Jagex banned the account. That's a risk you take when buying accounts, sorry. Closed.
