Thats the whole skype convo that night, i've no proof youngwitty owns that skype however i wouldnt have created a full skype log before hand lol.

As you can see above he has said in the post be recently made saying i inspect elemented that proof however i have skype logs of him confirming it was just a misclick from a mod

Is simply manipulated image and or manipulated elements.

 

Upon further investigation, when the xfer of gp is done through the transfer function it is only gray. However when a ticket is done (players using the ticketing system.) Things will appear in color with the letter M.

So the validity of the screenshot as provided by the user in reference to this unfortunately isn't an easy disprove. The conversation between me and the effected user is me on skype with me, however much like Sythe.org I'm unable in some situations to determine the legitimacy of claims as was made clear in our skype conversation.

I believe this user had a situation which happens once in a while where a mod will accidentally "book" a ticket giving the user GP when they did not receive the amount in game.

It seemed in this particular case this user was more than likely abusing the accident a mod had made. Unfortunately there was no clear cut way of knowing whether the mod had acted in bad faith or the user had acted in bad faith. I usually error in favor of a user but in this instance the user had put 750m on and went to sleep immediately which is possible but not plausible.

It's a shame if he was scammed, but using his general deposit history, our understanding of his average bet wealth, among other things the almost entirely likely possibility in this situation was he tried to scam a mod who simply missclicked to complete the xfer of GP to his profile.

In Summary,
As always anytime something that has a not so black and white judgement to be made can easily procure me as a scammer or running a racket. As I said before with over 2.5 million bets placed and an amount of more than 30 trillion bet at this point my reputation for legitimacy and careful decision is paramount in having built a successful site. I think it is down-right distasteful of Sythe.org in the way they handle "evidence" waged against me as with 3 completes in the history of over 15,000 users who've signed up and bet I treat each situation such as this one with careful courtesy to make the best decision I can with the evidence presented.

I again don't intend on being unbanned as Sythe moderators and the owner have an inability to accept misguided judgement on there part. I simply want to make my case on this situation as Sythe has a bloodwar with me maybe because I'm a success.

Hope this brings understanding to this particular situation. Thanks for reading the wall.

Youngwitty claims it never shows green gp stacks on the left side when on the account overview, this is where hes messed up, on deposits it does, as you can see in the picture he provided it doesnt show any deposits however i created a GIF image to prove it does show green numbers on deposits and i'd like a staff member to verify this before approving this thread or adding it onto the other thread because he might change it so it doesnt go green. but i shown a gif image for time being that it does

As you can see in the top 3 threads (2 with same title) Youngwitty has 2 different storys of what happened, he has admitted it was him talking on skype with me in the above thread and I did deposit money, i do understand its not possible for him to know whos teling the truth or not but i did, and youngwitty should not be giving the money back to Mod Lucky due to his lack of concentration on tickets (which he had non because i deposited the money fair and square) Also he claims with the deposits i've done on the account before, i have deposited over 2b on that account which was lost on the site previously

So maybe staff can lift his ban if he refunds me or not i don't know, i know i'm owed money, he has 2 storys which is very suspicious first claiming i inspected element proof of the 750m deposit and then he admits it was an actual deposit but his mod claims i give no ingame gp

Maybe mods will lift his ban if he refunds me i don't know, but i'm owed money and i will take it in any currency ingame or on site gold.

That pic is totally irrelevant and i don't know why you posted it on my thread, this was a thread between youngwitty and me about him owing me 750m RS3 / Runechat wallet and neither of us are disputing unbans, he's just trying to persuade mods my proof is fake so he can carry on supplying runewealth with wallet to sell

You can't even say for sure what happened, you yourself maintain that there is a chance this was a legitimate scam. Closing this absolute sham of a dispute.

I will just say that the victim in this case is however a known serial scammer and ban evader
