Will it take longer then the 10-15 minutes stated by the owner? Yes.

Although this guide will definitely work, and is actually a quite common method used in the entire steam community. Without giving away the method I can tell you that it is extremely painful and at sometimes stressful to do this method. It can get frustrating at times, and sometimes take longer then hours to even come close to earning the game you want. It all depends.

You need a small startup cost between $1-$5 to do this more efficiently or you are already starting behind most of the people that do this daily.

I didn't need to ask him any questions because being well into the steam markets myself I immediately knew about doing this, and have personally done it a long time ago, so I can't vouch for how his personal support would be.

All I can say without giving away too much information is that it will work, but it will take much more time in my opinion than outlined.
