[OPENING][R2PLEASENT.COM] Hiring Customer Support Agent

R2Pleasent.com is looking for a new Customer Service Agent to assist with our growing influx of customers. Your tasks as a C.S. Agent would be as follows:

- Communicate and answer questions with customers
- Provide high quality customer support
- Look up orders and mark them on our systems
- Assist in anti-fraud verification

You will not be responsible for doing in-game deliveries. We may put you on in-game deliveries in the future (which will result in increased compensation). You will always have an experienced delivery agent working with you as a Customer Service Agent.

Hours:

You would be working 5-6 hours per day, 5-6 days per week

TBH I doubt you're going to get anyone trusted at $5/HR, good luck finding someone though.
Also, I'd like to add that the min wage in Canada is > $5/hr.

Once you are an experienced customer service agent, and have a firm grasp of the systems we use, you may be asked to do some time as a delivery agent as well. Delivery agents earn $8-12 per hour.

UltimateProSales is the biggest RS Skilling/Service on Sythe. With over 40k$+ handled we have a skilling/questing team available 24/7. Last month we had a total profit of 1350m+ and this month we're already looking at a profit of 700m.

Experience in Customer Support: As mentioned already I work as a customer support agent everyday via UPS. Talking to people is my first priority, other duties include managing our crew and trying to improve our systems.
