Cheese shows up not even a day after bird's initial ban. He immediately goes to the name sales section and tries to sell a name that was believed to be sniped here http://www.sythe.org/name-sales/1832421-selling-name.html (although there is not strong evidence for that)
No one ever really states on a thread that they bought a name unless they're trying to hide/cover something up.

Similar to Skyfire's previous account, he chose a name that he has been requesting for months. Of course, one of them is Cheese, his current sythe name.

If all appears to be circumstanial, i'd like a mod to check if the user's IP location matches up or is near Skyfires. Or the fact that sky actually has the brains to use a proxy now...
