Do People Actually Get Banned For Lureing?

The only offences I have seen people get banned for are botting and rwting. I am wondering does anyone actually get banned for lureing and have any of you been banned for lureing?

I think i remember a few ban cases issued for luring, however thats very rare.

 

Really only the big youtubers have been banned like mx799 for an example.
Not sure if he got banned for rwt or luring but still
I have been luring on runescape 2007 an almost every lure i get people say reported an they report for item scamming however i have yet to be punished.
i accidently attempted to lure a Pmod on his ALt account an he says ill be banned an im yet to be banned.

 

Luring is not against the rules. All well known banned lurers were banned for rwt

 

Mx799 got banned for rwt, you cannot get banned for luring.

 

Actually, you don't get banned but knowing a lot of lurers, you CAN get your account wiped of gold. That's why you should always transfer money to alts and never stock up too much gold.
