We asked for original content and were given things found on google + didnt receive all of what we paid for

[all he did was flip the images and add a very small amount of effects to them]

 

Can you highlight the screenshots where you specifically asked for original content?
Can you highlight the screenshot where you confront him to not doing what was agreed?

just re went through all of my skype conversation logs with him and all the screenshots and i did not specifically ask for original content however i thought that was implied it does say in the forum rules for graphics marketplace that ripping isnt allowed and those images were ripped from google.

Nowhere does it say i need to confront him to him not doing what was agreed. however we did confront him about not sending us everything he agreed to and he hasnt responded since then that can be seen in this gyazo

Posting a scam report is usually only done when contacting the other party gives no result or if the other party just doesn't reply to the questions you have.
As you haven't confronted them I'm not even sure they are aware that there is an issue.

Please contact them and tell them about the issue.
