False Scam Report

The Sythe user "Agility" (who is now banned and have atleast 5 previous accounts that have been banned too) made a false scam report about me.

First of all he is a known serial scammer in the name trading section.

So, he was selling me a name for 50m which he had first sniped from me (using a bot). I wanted to buy the name back but he was selling the whole account with the name. We both agreed to him going first. So he gave me the account info over sythe. When I logged into it the first thing i noticed was that the account had a registered email which only he had access to. This means that he can recover the account in a minute or so if he wants.

His plan was right away clear to me; He gives me the account, I pay him the 50m and after that he would have recovered the account. So I went to the name sales thread and searched a buyer for the name asap. I found a trusted buyer. When we were then transfering the name to the buyer it got sniped instantly (in under a second). My decision was to not pay "Agility" the 50m (since he took the name back). He then used this against me to have me banned on sythe.

The sniper was obviously "Agility". I know this because he is known to first sell a name to someone (with the account) then using a macroing system to snipe the name back after he gets paid. He has done it several times. He also use the sythe forums to look for names which are currently traded so he can snipe them with help of a bot/macro system. Feel free to ask this from the trusted users in the name trading section, I'm sure they will confirm (for example: Joshuaag1234 or WolfRunescape)

 

The name was transfered to you, and if you wanted the email attached, you should have asked Agility for the email.
As it stands, you have to pay them the funds owed.

Hi again, I would have paid him the 50m as we agreed but he sniped the name back. Meaning he is still the owner of the name. He is known to do the same thing that he was trying to do to me; sell a name with an account and then immediately put a macroing system to snipe the name back once it gets transfered. I had feeling he was going to do that so I decided to first transfer the name and then pay. But since he sniped it back I didn't think he deserved the 50m.

If you just could check his profile you would notice he is banned (exactly for this reason). He is also banned on over 5 sythe accounts but he keeps making new ones to scam other people.

Looked over this, and what Coconut said is true. Also the fact that the person who attempted to sell the name is a serial vader/scammer/sniper, gives me reason to believe that he did premeditate the snipe. Worst case scenario for him would be getting caught (which he did), but also, having 50M paid.
