First off, you will need to know a little bit about Paypal. Paypal is somewhat like an online bank. You can use it to buy things online (including eBay items) or send money to people for whatever reasons. You can receive money from anyone else who has paypal. You can also add a Bank Account, Debit Card, or Credit Card to your Paypal account to help fund it.

To get started
~If you do not want your parents to know about your paypal account, and you have no way to fund it (through bank or Credit Card) then start out by making an AUSTRALIAN Paypal account, otherwise you wont be able to send money without attaching Bank account or Credit Card~
*NOTE* Creating a paypal account from Australia does cause some issues, if it gets limited you will have to wait 180 days until it is un-limited.

Steps
1. Start off by going to www.paypal.com (please make sure that you have an e-mail address that you can access, as you will need e-mail confirmation to sign up for the paypal account.)

2. Select your country (Australian if you have no bank account/Credit Card).
The items highlighted in green are self explanatory, just read them. Personally I use the Personal account because I do not use Credit Card payments.
3. Here make sure you put in all REAL information, or if your paypal account gets limited you WONT be able to prove that it is really you.

4. You will now receive an e-mail confirmation. Either click the link in your email, or follow the pictures below.

How to get Paypal Un-limited
Has your paypal been limited due to too many disputes? Are you pissed you have to wait 180 days? Well wait no longer! Here is a way to un-limit your paypal account.

Step 1. Go to resolution center, there you will find a large list of tedious tasks that you must complete before you Paypal is un-limited





The Paypal Steps

- Add and confirm a bank account ~ Simply add a bank account, if you have online banking it will be al ot easier, if not it make take 2-3 buisness days.
- Resolve all complaints against your account ~ Simply ask everyone to close their disputes, or issue a refund to them and open a dispute in the future.
- Confirm Location ~ You will need to attach a Credit Card and confirm the verification number on the bill.
- Confirm your social security number ~ Entering in your Social Security number is all you have to do here.
- Provide Business Information ~ Simply make this up, it doesn't have to be real.
- Provide Proof Of Shipping ~ Submit all shipping/tracking ID numbers you have. If there are none call Paypal and tell them that you have traded on-line goods so there is no Tracking ID's
- Fax documentation ~ You will need to fax things such as you SSN, a utility bill, and proof of ID
- Set your Credit Check Address ~ Add a Credit Card

After this is done it is best to call their help line (found on the home paypal webpage, and it does vary from state to state to country i believe. You are all done, you can now send/receive money again.
