    Good start. Looks a little messy, I'd clean the outside of the text as well as your glare.

    I think "Alex" Looks really nice, The rest look a bit rough (lines around the letters ect)

    It's a good start, but the biggest problem with these that I'm seeing is there appears to be no anti-aliasing on any of the text (except the "Alex" one).
    There are some really good typography tutorials here: http://www.creativebloq.com/graphic-design-tips/typography-tutorials-1232719
    And tons more around the web :)
    Don't be afraid to play around with layer styles, fonts, and color grading.

    As others have pointed out, your top two "Alex" and "Synergy" look nice.

    Keep working at it though. Practice makes perfect, in time you'll continue to improve :)

    I agree with Zune, transparent backgrounds would be much more appealing imo.

    And note what Atlas said about the anti-aliasing. Im not sure whats causing it but make sure you dont stretch text to fit. Change the font size if needed.

    You should make your text smoother as your texts looks too sharp. I believe you can fix it by changing the text setting.

    It's not a bad start, they're all pretty nice. Keep it up.

    The last one looks better than others but the backgrounds aren't so good. Try doing some transparent graphics - would look very nice.

    "The Mafia" text looks the best out of them. I find them a little too uniform. You need to learn smudging techniques and spend a little more time with them.

    the mafia and rigour both look very nice and detailed :)

    I might suggest adding a little bit more to them, making them stand out a bit :p But the texture you have on them is fantastic!
