lnsane Ban - Please revise

Hello, my account lnsane got banned because it was linked to scottjc16 (who was found to be ban evading).

Facts:

1) Scottjc16 was my first ever account on sythe
2) Scottjc16 did not get banned under my command, i have never had any issues or scamming anyone, and any actions done to get this account banned was not me. Check to see who was in the account, I know I lost the account sometime along the line between 2008 and 2012 or something.
3) I tried recovering scottjc16 but could not (if i remember correctly). So I created a new sythe account called spanishguy.
4) I kept spanishguy for a while. Recently I decided I wanted to start an account market business. All that has come from me is +ve feedback (http://www.powerbot.org/community/user/1587-lnsane/?tab=feedback)
5) Because I wanted to start a new business, I, the owner of spanishguy on powerbot changed my name to Insane by paying for VIP.
6) I could not pay for name chance on sythe because it is not possible, so I was forced to make this account now (lnsane)
7) At the time I made the new account (lnsane), I made a topic somewhere on this forum, requesting Spanishguy account to be erased because I was starting all over again. Check this.

Anything else? I have done everything except scam anyone, not even a penny. I make all my money legit. Check into this.
