not sure whats wrong

I tried to make an account for the first time and after doing the registration prosses my internet crashed. when i tried to log in for the first time thinking the registration went threw it said wrong pass or username. i tried to have the password emailed it said email unrecognized. so i figured the registration did not go threw. now when i try to make a new account it says i already have one made at this ip. if you could just clear the accounts made from this ip so i can make one that would be great because i think my internet crashing glitched it.
