jelmerozo is a scammer

Explain the service: jelmerozo was supposed to gain me some strength levels. He mentioned nothing about botting. I lost about 4M+, asked him to refund it and he won't reply. It's a possibility he took the items off the account, and got it banned.

Proof that the service was not completed: The account he was training was banned. He wouldn't reply to my Skype PMs afterwards. He was supposed to get me 40-60 Strength. I didn't pay for the service yet, however the account had roughly 2M in cash/items on it, and I just paid someone 2M to do questing on it beforehand, so I had a decent amount of money invested into this account. I believe this deserves a ban, because if not, people could go around taking everything off peoples accounts, botting it quick, and getting the accounts banned.
