How to remove watermarks and resize an image larger than original width?

I have a couple questions.
First:
How could I remove a watermark such as one on this picture?


How can I fix the little mark thing in the top right of this picture?


How can I make this picture 400x150 (facebook cover photo dimensions)? I tried picresize, however it says that it cannot be resized to a width that is greater than the original.


I don't know anything about GFX or basic photo editing so I'm sorry if these are all really basic questions. A simple free program suggestion that can solve these would be awesome. Thanks.

P.S: If you're wondering why these are all Trump 2016, I'm trying to make a joke Facebook cover photo.

 

Watermarks are very hard to remove, that's the point of them, so no one can steal art.

 

Best thing to do is just design your own, they are very simple. I'll make some in a minute...

Watermarks are placed so they can't be removed without making notably rough changes. The last piece can be stretched, but it would lose its quality.

 

As said above, the point of watermarks are so that it cannot be used. Rather than removing the watermarks, an easier option would be having someone to re-make it.

For the second one, I'd simply cover the mark with the background color and re-add the stars.



As for the third image, I would say there's no point to re-size the image as it'll lose a considerable amount of quality. Here's the image anyway:

Photoshop is pretty easy to use once you know the basics. Took me a few days to get the hang of it with some tutorials here and there.

 

Watermarks definitely CAN be removed.
You can't resize a small image into a big one without considerably losing quality.

 

No one said they can't be removed, we said it's not easy to remove them.

 

This logo is very basic so it could be drawn as a vector then it can be resized to whatever size desired without any loss of quality however
