I'm giving him a chance to reply to me and refund me. Although he made me wait 6 days for a payment and then stopped replying when I confronted him. Friday will be the end of his sythe acc.

 

If he's already made you wait 6 days, and is continuing trading on Sythe, I highly doubt waiting 3 more days is going to make a difference.. But at least you're optimistic. Good luck lol..

He's come up with an elaborate lie whereby he pretended to pay me but must have faked screenshots of the payment. I called Paypal and asked them to verify the transaction ID he gave me, they said there was no evidence of it, ever. He showed me screenshots of the payment being "on hold," on his account, but Paypal team informed me if that was true, I would see it on my account too. I asked him to verify that he would pay me and I have a full skype log of him verifying that he received the money on Ikov. I also have back ups of the bullshit receipts he sent me and the screenshots he took. The above screen shots show him denying me of my payment with the excuse that "paypal hasn't released his funds."

If he's still buying (bulk, at that), i'm pretty sure he's just scammed you and lying about any sort of Paypal malfunction, otherwise he wouldn't be able to buy off anyone else.. You're probably better off reporting him in all honesty lol.
