scammed for $34 (charged back)

Was scammed for $34 by robin gossins (goldsalesman12) euterpe told me to post here to be entitled for a refund

Thats the email you get when you've lost a dispute, my paypal is currently closed now for a complete different reason because of unauthorized activity and i havent been able to verify my ID with them because the account has a different name than my irl name
