Decent MMOs/online games to play?

I've been searching for a decent MMO or online game to play, preferably free to play.

I used to play a browser-based MMO called canaan which I absolutely loved but it shut down If anyone knows of any private servers of the game it'd be great if you could give me the link

MMOs I've played/play:
Runescape
WoW
Gaia online
Neopets
Second Life
IMVU

If you play any other MMOs or know an MMO/game that isn't listed then feel free to comment it so that I can check them out I'll also look at private servers (except for runescape ones as I already play one )

I would recommend The Elder Scrolls online.Its buy to play, meaning you only have to pay once.No need for monthly payments.

Graphics are awesome, probably the most beautiful MMO out there.It has very deep character system, allowing lots of variuos builds.Active pvp/pve endgame content.Overall great game

Maybe try path of exile? It is mmo hack and slash. This game is other from games which you played. There is not p2w. Something like diablo, but a lot of people saying poe is better, my opinion is same but i dont play much poe.

 

Thanks for all the suggestions I'm definitely going to check out the FF mmo as I liked the FF games, when I've got the money I'm going to get ESO because I've heard some really good things about it. I've seen Path of Exile advertised on Steam so will download it and give it a go Still feel free to give me more suggestions though as I like to have a few games on the go at once

 

also keep in mind that Camelot Unchained is going to be realeased soon.There is huge hype around that game, i think the general developer is the same guy who worked with Warhammer online.

 

Wildstar is going Free to Play next month and it is good fun for a while. I suggest it.

Wildstar is going free to play?!?!? I was a beta/bug tester for it and I absolutely adored it but just could never afford to get back into it, I'm so glad to hear that thanks for the heads up
