Suspicious behavior on rented account?

I rented out a max main earlier to someone who didn't have a sythe account. Halfway through the session he hopped to a different world, saying that he was going to stake there. I thought this was weird so I checked it out myself and he was just standing at the spectator part of the arena, not doing anything (it was also empty). When he told me he was done and I tried to log in, the account was locked. I managed to unlock it with no problem, but I just found the whole situation suspicious. Do you think this is something I should be worried about?

 

I've seen this happen as well. I think that they're either buying or selling gold off the account. Sadly there is no way to know for sure unless you follow it on an alternate account.

 

Hmm... Maybe the person's IP is flagged.

 

This has happened to me before, i was stupid enough to let someone use my max main which i had up for sale to stake for couple of hours for a good price, he ended up getting the account banned for botting

 

Maybe he was creating a melody

That's a bit strange of him. Well hopefully nothing bad happens and your account stays safe.

I'm afraid thats the risk of renting out accounts. my max main got banned on rs3, back in 2011 when i used to rent him out for staking [3m an hour] it was definantly not worth the margin!

 

The main thing is just gold selling or buying I'd say. Just make sure you check the account info and make sure that there are no associations with the account and you should be good

 

Pure just to ruin your acc.. hate people like that.

 

I would say problaby dumping the gold that the user won as well tbh
