All of my old accounts just got locked..

I am studying in South Korea these days and just a moment ago I decided to try logging into some of my old accounts. As soon as I logged in, the game froze and within 20 seconds I was disconnected with a message "Your account has been locked because we suspect it was stolen".

The only account recovery information I have is my name, a rough date of when I created my accounts, a few (like 2 or 3) previous passwords, a guess between a few states I lived in, a guess between a few ISPs I'ved used, and my previous recovery Q & As. My attached email is a permanently deleted gmail account (for those who don't know, one can never recover a deleted gmail account).

I sent an email to jagex support providing information to all of the above. Do you think it'll be enough? What other steps should I take? And is it even worth it for an old school pker to have rs3, a crappy GuildWars-style'd game, accounts?

From my previous threads, you can find that after 1 minute of buying gold from BoglaGold, my rs07 f2p rune pker account got disconnected and banned.

 

That should be enough but you really need to provide them with an old IP and a correct ISP.

 

The only thing you can do is explain your situation and provide as much information as possible.

 

Try to Tweet at the team, they will probably help you out if you can verify that you are studying abroad. Seems like a easy issue to fix, after all you are still the account holder

 

just give exact location where it was made. It got my account back. I personally think that would be enough.

i've had a string of emails with the mods, now just awaiting their possibly final response and decision. I guess they aren't working because it's the weekend.

I wonder if they celebrated 4th of july (hahaha)
