Godgenesis items taken from account no refund

Explain the service: Paid 76.6m for range training, i provided resources on the account. They started training my account, logged off the account was then not touched for over 24hours. I was then told that the items had been removed off the account and they were investiaging. They have refused to take responsiblilty or sort this out. They insisted it was not them and that I am at fault?

They are refusing the replace the items lost, yet it was there responsibility. The password had never been used previously on the account, the only time that password had been used was to log into there website which can be found here: http://ultimateprosales.com/

The first i was aware of this was when the User : Bad Yoshi made a group chat and informed me.

Reason's im the victim:
Ive lost 35m ($70) worth of gold, My service is still not completed, My other account which has over 10x the wealth of that account has not been touched, my computer is completely safe from all virus's key loggers and other attacks.

The password for the game was the same as the website, since this incident i have changed the password again and had no further problems with this matter. Also I had no problems before with the previous password.

UPS state not to leave no more than 15m on the account because that's all tehy insure for with there workers, however there mangers said that for my order it would be fine as they need to resources to complete the order.

They say they have a client that takes pictures and they have gone through the screenshots and found nothing. However the passwords are stored inside this client, which means it is possible to hack into the client to retrieve the passwords, as well as the password being the same for there website.

Can a moderator or someone please help on this matter as they are denying all responsibility and are refusing to help in this matter.

This service are by far not the cheapest available, however i purchased with them as they are skilled and vouched for. However since this I don't have a positive thought about this
