Server help

I am new to the hole moparscape server thing so i need help. I was thinking mabey i could team up with someone & make an awsome server. But i need a very good amount of help i dont know anything about them. I read & printed off <citrons> guide but i really dont get it but i will try to do my best & i hope i get replys.....thx for the help

ya i need help bad i cant understand the guide i have and i am not that exp in making stuff on the computer like a server. But i could use your help.
