About the smuggled dungeoneering items:

From what I remember of the smuggling glitch in dungeoneering these are the only items that are equippable; staffs and anti-dragon shield. Other armor WAS smuggled but it was not equippable.

I doubt they are tradable, I don't want to try as they might dissapear. I had them equipped before eoc but when I first loaded into rs3 all my gear was placed in my inventory where it still is. Attempting to equip these items may make them disappear.

I don't think the staff will allow you to autocast but the shield DOES provide dragon breath protection.

As far as the rarity of these items go,I've seen some accounts that still have smuggled coins, food, potions etc still banked that hasn't disappeared but it has been a long time since I've seen an account with the staff or shield.

In summary doing basically anything with either of these items could cause them to poof, so buy at your own risk.
