I'm not counting the bank. I'm giving you a value for the account alone. You already know what your bank is worth so me price checking it wouldn't make sense.

Bank value means much less on an IM account. As well, you're not very likely to find a buyer. Players who use the IM or HCIM game modes do it for personal achievement, which is lost on buying an account. I'd say 50m if you find a buyer.
