Unban appeal

Hi, I was banned for offsite scamming on powerbot as this post shows in 2013. http://www.powerbot.org/community/topic/1133673-magika-50m-07-scam/

Klogass, the user who i originally scammed is axelus/probemas, and i paid him back the full amount probably about a year and a half ago, I've spoken to him on skype and he said that he'd be willing to confirm that I had paid back if you contact him, but here's a screenshot aswell.

I did ban evade on the account Foiled, which was eventually banned for being a ban evader, but as you can see i didn't scam on it and gathered a fair few vouches on it, so am not here in an attempt to scam. If there's anything else you need, i'm happy to provide it and hopefully my appeal can be accepted. Thanks.
