Buying Runescape 3 account.

Hey lads!

I want to start some legacy pking on RS 3 and for that I want to buy an uncut gem, a good account which I can work on to reach the best stats from pvp. Here are the stats I am looking for:


I don't care about the account's ranged or summoning level, bank. If the account has high dungeoneering or a nice amount of tokens I pay more. If ANY stats are higher than those in the picture I do NOT want the account. Don't even send offers with those. I don't wanna waste either your or my time. If the account has lower stats, thats ok. I will train it, but higher stats mean more money for it. I would like to pay in RS3 gp. If that's not good I can pay via PayPal, but it's not preferred.

I know I'm not a trusted member, so I would like to have a middleman's help in the trade if possible.

i know you said you woulden't take accounts with higher stats, but this is a almost a maxed barrows pure with turmoil and almost evreything counted on quests as above said barrow gloves etc take atleast please a look.
