I created my account today to buy a runescape account. I bought the account from Kalender. After I bought my account and the person who bought my account received the account safely with a middleman, I was surprised to find my account banned for blackhat activity.

I showed Kalender my ban message, and I got screenshots from the scam-report filed against me from him which i can use with his permission.

Now the purpose of this dispute isn't to dispute the fact that I didn't use tools that were intended to be used for black hat activity; it's to show that the accusations against me and what I did is rather sensationalized and that my character is misrepresented.

I asked for a free trial for a booter for 24 hours because they were given out for free. I asked for one because it was given. I tried it on my dedicated server (which appears later), and it worked. In essence, I used it for what it's supposed to be used for, server stress testing.

This was a member contest and I was trying to get an idea for using CPA/PPD on my site which was on my dedicated server. Contrary to the title, it doesn't actually hack facebook passwords, rather it's a template for a website. Granted that the content is still misleading, my use for this template was to see how to hook CPA and PPD services in with my site. It was never deployed on my server to the public.

Likewise, this was just software to accomplish monetizing from my server. I couldn't use this software because it wasn't compatible with the audience I was trying to reach.

My website is premiumminecraft.net. I can offer proof of ownership if necessary. My server hosts this. There is no blackhat intent on this site at all. Every file is clean, and in fact, CPA/PPD is no longer used, ads have replaced it as it provides better conversion.

In terms of hackforums, obviously a blackhat/malicious stigma is attached to whoever registers to the site. Although I can't deny that I've downloaded tools for blackhat use and have used them, I can assure my character is suitable for the site.

Here is a view of my most recent posts. As you can see, my activity on hackforums has dwindled as the prospective interest I had in hacking has dwindled over time. In fact, I was posting white-hat solutions towards certain exploits.


When I came to sythe today, I came with good intentions, without any malicious intent whatsoever. I conducted a successful trade with a middleman. I'm sure the reason why people are banned for blackhat activity either through proof of use or their affiliation with Hackforums is because those types of people usually have intent to scam or compromise others on this site. I'd like to say the evidence presented against me was oversensationalized, taken out of context. I believe I have good character, and I stand out from the stereotype that's attributed to hackforums members.


On the other hand, I'd totally understand why I should be banned. Even taken with context, the explanations I gave regarding the posts I made don't clear me from the fact that I downloaded blackhat programs.

Overall, I'd like to say I feel like I'd be a contributing factor to the community, just like how I was today and I assure you that won't change.

 

As a wonderful person did for me very many years ago, I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt and unban your account.

You seem like a reasonable person and your explanations were nothing short of exemplary.
