I am doing a $5 dice duel, and I want to see if the user has a paypal to accept the money with, because I am not paying in RSGP.

I asked for a PM containing the user's Skype, and it seems the only thing the user did was go running to a moderator.

My skype is glitchy atm so there's no point (says cannot load data)
