As for intense clicking, you will get used to it some time.

 

Use ahk/mousekeys for the click, that way you won't be straining your finger/hand from clicking the same spot hundreds of time.

ONLY when im playing on a laptop touch pad, not with a mouse though. Unless I am doing a skill that includes a lot of clicking and I've been training it 3+ hours, then it will begin to cramp up.

 

Alch or Splash. Alch doesn't make me tired when i'm watching a movie or something at the same time.

 

When I came back to OSRS after like 1 year, at the beginning, my movements were very dumb, then I got used to it again lol.
