Vaping

Vaping can be used for either. I personally started vaping to get away from hookah, which is worse for you health wise than cigarettes. Since then, I've turned into more of a hobby vaper.

 

I've seen pictures on the internet, and on the news about the Vapor boxes and Cigs actually blowing up in people's mouth's , etc. I dont smoke cigs, but I'm kinda nervous to use one of them things.

 

The only way that can happen is user negligence. Used properly, these devices are perfectly safe. Most of the articles and reports you've read/seen are ones that are heavily promoted, shared, and/or backed by big tobacco or other large corporations/groups which are trying to push for restrictions on vapes for their own gain.

 

whats the whole thing about 'juice'? and how does it work

 

I've been a cigarette smoker for almost 2 years now. Have tried to quit on a few occasions but my work colleagues smoke around me which makes quitting very difficult. I was looking at getting into vaping as a way around quitting. Can anyone give me a link to a good settup and give me some info on vaping in general. Haven't really looked into until now just stumbled across this thread.

Juice is also called e-liquid, nicotine liquid, or e-juice.

Its just that liquid substance (consisting of PG,VG, Nic, and some kind of flavor) that is vaporized.

Artic tank + istick50 watt + ejuice

or

any vv ego style battery + kanger emow tank + charger + ejuice

 

Can vouch, istick w/ a subohm tank is a very good mix. I was running one with an atlantis for some time.

 

Do you know how much worse hookah is, cause I know like an hour long session is the same as a couple hundred cigs, but if you only do it like once every few weeks it isnt that bad right? And how much did you do hookah before you started vaping.

 

I really doubt the comparison that its like a couple hundred cigs. Smoke hookah for an hour one day, and then try smoking 200 cigs the next. Which one is going to fuck up your lungs? Plus with hookah you don't take lung inhales most of the time and you're not getting many added chemicals. Probably equivalent or a little worse for you, but its hard to scientifically determine.

Anyway, vaping will help you with either. I've helped so many friends get off cigs, and they enjoy vaping more so it doesn't feel like much of a loss.

I have one of the vaporizers that you fill up using the e-liquid. Bought one to stop me smoking, since now that you can get all sorts of flavors, i would recommend using the more duller flavors, as when i started i had watermelon and found myself getting addicted to the nice taste.

I use the 24mg flavor

 

Its still much better than smoking, you can just lower the nicotine to 12mg and vape twice as much

 

just got myself a KBOX and i have an atlantis aspire 2 which makes big dirty clouds x

 

Atlantis v2 is my main tank. I hardly touch rebuildables these days. Sub-tank's are a great recent innovation.

Cigarettes have thousands of harmful chemicals, you're inhaling burning plant matter.

E-cigarettes have 3-4 max, which are all known to be relatively safe. Nicotine, (while being addictive) has similar physiological effects to caffeine.
