Hey guys I am looking to buy a new rs3 main as I sold my old one a while back but want to play again.

Would like to have access to elf city or have stats/quests to complete plagues end for access.
This is the ONLY requirement. Nothing else matters.
Obviously my budget will fluctuate depending on stats/quests. (Id prefer well quested over high stats).
I am only paying via PP.

To sell to me you must allow me to do a recovery test with the info I am provided.
This does work as I recently bought an account tried recovering it and it worked even though I was not the original owner.
If you cant provide this or you are not trusted dont bother posting as I will just ignore you.

Q3) Yes, 2 accounts sold via PA. 1 of them is in my MAIN ACCOUNT SHOP (sold for 550m RSGP a week ago - no ban report as of 6th June).
Q4) It's a possibility but the chances are slim if I literally dump most if not ALL information I know/have about the account.

Oh, and don't worry about the recovery test, I will be sending an e-mail to jagex announcing a move to whatever country and state you live in, whereas it'd appear to them the next time the account is logged in, it is the original owner playing in their new country.
