Ex-Staff

Alright, I don't want this to be a "Lean hate thread." This isn't about Lean's situation. I'm trying to convey that I deserve this rank for the reasons listed above.

I don't want to take Lean's rank.

I don't even want my own rank, I want my position back. I spent hours/day on Sythe doing my rotations and I quite enjoyed it. If I thought that there was something I was doing to where that would have been taken from me, let me assure you that I would have taken every measure possible to eliminate those actions.

 

Exmod ranks are given to inactive staff as long as they've been in service for at least three months. It'd an entirely different situation.

 

The rank is earned. Leaving staff on actual negative terms (a demotion) does not get you an ex-staff rank, it's always been this way.

This thread, if anything, is just going to make you less likely to receive it since you're continuing to piss off the only people who could grant you it anyway (staff). Don't take this the wrong way, but you have a very poor grasp on politics in general and you don't work well with others. You were removed from TRiBot staff for the same reason.

Move on, dude. You're not doing yourself any favors with this thread. Trust me on that.

 

An admin suggested I make this thread, but you're right. The issue isn't that I don't have the rank, it's that I shouldn't have been removed in the first place.

I was attempting to gain the rank through means of justification, a fallacy I'm aware. I will continue my efforts to return eventually, I still believe I have plenty of time left.

This thread can be closed.

 

Best bet is to bring it up with staff rather than post here, since none of us know the reason to your demotion we can't speak on the severity of the situation and it would be wrong to vote based on only what people seen in the community.

I haven't been active for a while but I got my ranks back eventually, sometimes it just takes time to cool off and build your case but at the end of the day they're just ranks and eventually you'll move on to bigger and better things and forget this site like many have.

But now the purpose of this thread is about getting re-promoted? What? So you basically made this entire thread... to get your mod position back?

 

No. I realized during the course of this thread, as well as discussions with users on Skype where the real issues were.
