Need python tutoring! [PAID] [URGENT]

I have a fairly basic 'programming for economists' course i need to pass.

However i missed a couple of classes and now i'm struggling with my homework assignments. I need someone who can help me with my homework, I don't want you to make the homework for me, I want you to tutor me and help me make the homework myself.
It's fairly urgent and will require it will require a couple of hours a week, for the next 2 weeks.

Tutoring will be done thru skype, unless you are located in Amsterdam.
Rate is negotiable.
