It seems that you were scammed by an imposter. That skype ID you traded with belongs to a banned user http://www.sythe.org/13310227-post2.html. The "proof" he sent you that he was the real Won gold is not proof at all - anyone can edit a page to make it look like that. It appears that you sent him a PM instead of him sending you a PM too.

Sorry for your loss- next time, request a proper PM from the person you're talking to so that you know for sure who it is.
