    Background information:
    The account has been a very successful pker imo, disregarding the 2 defence, although very off putting, doesn't actually make much of a difference. I am selling the account because i have no more time for runescape, starting up with my new family they need my attention most. The reason i'm asking for GP is because i don't want to risk a charge back. NO RECOVERIES ARE SET.

    Did not scam, you are only quoting what he is telling you, he has the 250m i "scammed" off him because he refuses to give me my deposit back, so if you cancel out me "scamming him" and the 250m i paid him, he owes me money from not paying me for the work i did for him.
