    Is there any benefit to being 35 Defense? Or will I be hindered because for only one more combat level, I could get Vengeance?

    benefit being less work needed to be done to the account before it can pk, so right now if you wanted to stay 60atk you could get the anchor quests done which is the only thing left for quests besides rolving elves and regicide. its just less to deal with but i was planning on getting the account 42def and then a fire cape and a bit of cb stats to sell it again since no one is really biting over the account. It can still be turned into a zerker or rune pure with 42 def its just at 35 with rune gloves and prossy for armor

    There's no benefit to staying 35 defence. You'll be fighting all of the people with 40-45 defence in the wilderness anyways who will rip you apart.
