Bank transfer from Philippines to Finland?

I am going to buy virtual stuff from someone else who lives in Finlad but he said he has no clue how Paypal works and asked me if I could do bank transfer instead, how am I possibly going to do this? Is this going to be a pain in the ass?

 

A few years ago someone tried to send me money from Norway, it went through America (Because for some reason they couldn't do it straight to the Philippines) but the bank in the Philippines couldn't receive it for whatever reason. I was using RCBC at the time. It's best you ask your bank. The fees were around $40 for a $450+ transaction. This was 2-3 years ago. It will also take ~5 business days if it goes through.

 

Thanks. Guy agreed doing Paypal instead since it's only 50 eur and if the fees are going to be around 40 usd then hell no. olol
