    I have been heavy into weight lifting for almost 3 years all natural with the right diet it is capable for you to see tremendous gains

    Id like to offer advice/8 week workout plans to other sythe members. No Charge. But donations are appreciated!

    What makes you think that this thread is better than having individual threads for each individual's issue or query where everyone can weigh in on the topic?

    Well i was just trying to help others i will post pictures of 3 rewards i have received at different weight lifting competitions. Still learning how to upload photos atm. But anyone who would like to see my progress can add me on skype. Like i said im not asking for a single donation i want to help others. I can provide a meal plan which ive used to go from 20% bf to 12% quickly by just by smart macro counting. Also i can create a workout regimen by the goal someone is wanting to achieve.

    Essentially a meal plan you can provide to someone that you've used is just a typical cookie cutter meal plan? Everyone's plans should be different, in the sense that people react differently to carbohydrates than others and fats. In regards to insulin sensitivity, hormones etc.

    It's great you're willing to offer help to someone, but all someone needs is their macronutrient intake tailored to their goals, preferences, schedule and the allowance for flexibility.

    Feel free to throw something together for me... I'm interested in seeing your ability to put together a workout plan, rather than actually using it if that's alright with you.

    I'm assuming I should list some stats to help you get started...

    Height - 6'5
    Weight - 226

    Bench press - 315 (Nagging shoulder issues, avoid implementing a ton of pressing movements in the program)
    Squat - 465
    Deadlift - 500

    I train for strength over size, so powerlifting / Olympic lifts are a must in any program I use...
