jinxysells possible scammer

this user has very weird behavior, i went to go buy ikov gp and he was a idiot about it and then says his paypal doesnt work and asks if i chose 07gp after i said i dont go first then he deletes me, not to mention that his vouches are fake im almost 95% sure and talking to him and his experience on sythe it seems like hes a possible ban evader, here are the chats and his fake vouch page.

oh and 7 good trades and 2 bad ones? where are the proof of the two bad trades and the 7 good trades? he has NO posts but 1 he has 3 VOUCHES that have 0 POSTS from each user.

can somebody look at his vouches also the user LITERALLY logged in just to vouch him, look at the vouch time and look at the last activity time.
