Why isn't he unbanned yet? The dude has paid me back, and is waiting ages (almost a month now) for him to get unbanned & start business again.

I talk with him on skype after he paid me back, because he seems like a genuine nice person but is very upset that it's taking ages to get his account back & his msgs are being ignored on skype aswell by the looks of it.

Maybe someone can look into this, I know it's not a scam report,yet still requires attention.

So it looks like he needs to recover his account first, then he can be unbanned. He can go to the Account Recovery section for that. Good job repaying and following through.
