Ok question on buying acc's!!!!help

ok if im buying acc in the black market section of sythe..and the account has no recovs no pin...but has been a member, is there any way they can recover that account back???...because i want to be 100% sure the acc is mine when i buy one.

 

Yes, they could always have a chance of recovering account back. If they paid by Phone or SMS it is harder, but no one is ever 100% certain that you wont get scammed. yea there is a way to get it back if they payed with a credit card, i am not too clear on how they do it do so im not the person to explain it to you. BUT always remember to use a MM.

The way they get it back with a credit card is they go to recover a lost password. They enter all the billing information that they used. When you buy a membership runescape tells you an Agreement Number, Transaction ID, and more important numbers. Thats what people use to get accounts back. Vouch for me if i was of any help

EVERY account can be recovered. If you don't want to get scammed, buy account training instead.
