Need to get caught up! Please help!

Hi, My name is aaron and im coming back to runescape after a 4-6 year break. I came back to find out someone has changed my password. I got so much questions i needed answered so i can get back to play on my account again.

1. i sent in a account appeal and it got accepted but when i went to login it said that the account was setup with JAG and that i needed to add the new location i was signing in from to access my account. I went to try delete JAG off of my account and i cant seem to do so without know the security questions. I sent in another appeal from jagex telling them i was not the one who setup JAG on my account and that id like it removed.. so the question is will that be enough or am i hoping for to much? this account was originally mine so recovering it wasnt much of a problem but ive been waiting a few days for jagex to get back to me which seems abit longer then usual so im wondering if im waiting for nothing?

2. I left right when rs2 was out.. will my rs2 account transfer over to rs3 or am i going to have to make a completely new account strictly for rs3?

3. Anything else i should know? i left when nex was the toughest boss on runescape and jagex came out with this whole new combat thing which i didnt even bother getting used to and just quit. I was really into pvm and look to get back into it.

Also see theres a new skill can someone explain that to me?

My account had around 15 99s and was lvl 138 when i last had it, not sure how my account got hacked seeing how i didnt touch anything runescape related since the last time i played.

any help would be appreciated thanks for reading

 

really nothing you can do, jagex took away the email customer support =/

 

lol well that sucks.. i told jagex my account got hijacked and gave them all my old info and they accepted the appeal but didnt remove the JAG the hijacker put onto the account.. what is the point of accepting? i wasnt even around when JAG was introduced

 

1. JAG can be disabled by email, are you not in control of the account the email is registered to? If not use the official recovery options or try to get in touch with Jagex.
2. Your account will be transferred over. You have a couple options if you have escape --> game settings. You can play with the rs2 style interface and combat system (its slower xp but if you can’t stand rs3 it could be good) or the rs3 interface. There is 2 toggles, so you can have the legacy interface and rs3 combat, or rs3 interface and legacy combat.
3. If you’re using eoc combat switch to “revolution” mode, it’s a whole lot easier than clicking every basic ability.

Yes i am in control of the email registered to the account, but when i go to remove jag it asks for security questions i havn't set. In other words if i want to remove jag its asking for security questions the hijacker set. I sent in 2 appeals to figure this out with jagex but they aint getting back to me.

 

Happened to me too. I'm sorry but in simple terms, you're fucked.
