GodsGeneral Requesting Pardon for Ban Evasion/Scamming

My name is GodsGeneral and I believe it has been (or is close to) 6 months since my last high pardon request.

First off, I want to say I made GodsGeneral2 because I tried to search up my profile without an account and it didn't allow me access without logging in and I know it's required to have all of these links in the request.

I was initially banned on Liljulian (Profile Link: http://www.sythe.org/members/260021-liljulian.html) for scamming around 150M off of Sumskills (Profile link: http://www.sythe.org/members/295518-sumskills.html) for an account trade in 2012. By the time of my first pardon (Link: http://www.sythe.org/dispute-forum-archive/1466111-just-close.html. As you can see my mindset was really different at this point in my life lol. I was pretty angry about 'injustices' done to me, but I accept what has been done and acknowledge that evading is a punishable offence.
I had already paid him in full plus interest to account for deflation of Runescape gold (it was around 250M I paid him).

Aside from scamming him I had many successful trades. After being banned I made another account and became a $300 donor (GodsGeneral) trying to do right in the community
and kept in contact with Sumskills through in-game PMs and what not. I had many successful trades ~10 vouches, some of them pretty high value, but unfortunately my IP address came up as a match with Liljulian and I was banned for evading.

I once again made an account called PokeMMO (Link to PokeMMO profile: http://www.sythe.org/members/370622-pokemmo.html) and AGAIN became a donor and became heavily involved in the community (in many different sub-sections of the forums) and unfortunately I was
banned once again for an IP match-up when making my last high pardon request.

Before this I made an account to report a few scammers named Joyceyyy (Link to profile: http://www.sythe.org/members/352341-joyceyyy.html). After a couple successful reports I was banned for evading.

Since 2012 I have only been banned for evading after donating hundreds of dollars to the community and conducting successful trades as well as making friends (and paying out high value dicing wagers
which I didn't even attempt to get back the ~1000USD I lost just before being banned).

If you look into all I have done compared to the 150M I had scammed in 2012 (and paid back in more than full mind you), it shows that I am not the same person I was then.

I have no urge to be distrustful and I only want to add what I can to this community.

Run all the IP checks you want on me but I have been waiting patiently since January to make a high pardon request again.

I am hoping I haven't forgotten anything.

Edit: Pictures showing the trade between myself and SumSkills (paying him 250M for the 150M I had cheated him out of). This is years back but I still feel it is necessary here.
