Budget Laptop ~450

Hey guys, looking to buy my GF a nice bduget laptop for less than $450. (She broke the one i bought her 2 years ago)

Any suggestions? She doesn't game or anything, just surfs the web but i'd like it to atleast be snappy and not laggy.

The only big requirement is that it has windows 7 and not windows 8.1
