Runescape staking movement on pid switch

Hi all,

Basically I wondered if anyone knows anyone who either selling a guide/kind enough to share how to win PID back in a movement on stake?
Yes i realize in a standard stake PID is random and goes back and forth however I'm 99% sure there is a way to win it back using a certain technique - on the principles of running away in a diagonal line as soon as your weapon hits causing the opponent to drag behind and win PID back?
If someone could clue me up on this 'cheat' or link me to a guide it would be much appreicated
