How many hours of sleep do you have a day?

On a normal workday, anywhere from 6-8 hours.

 

sleep? if i even sleep anymore, or even at the right times lmao, it varies, from like 5-6 hours at one time, 9-12 others

 

I instinctively wake up after 8 hours of sleep.

 

5-7 hours on school days, 10-11 on weekends

 

4 hours...and then on and off

 

6-7 hours on school days, and I usually need more sleep, a lot more.

 

I get 7-9 hours of sleep usually.

 

Normally I get anywhere from ~4-8 hours of sleep a night.

 

4-6 hours. Used to barely be able get 2 hours of sleep, so I'm satisfied.

 

Somedays I don't sleep at all, but most of the time atleast 9 hours

 

5-7 Hours, i work 10 hours a day...i probably should sleep earlier.

 

5-7 Hours on weekdays, 10-12 weekends

 

6-8 School days

8-12 weekends or days with no school ^^

 

So far during this summer I've been getting around 12 hours a night :laugh:

 

In college days I sleep like 2-6 hours, and now in summer I'm getting about 10-12hours of sleep.

 

damnn all these people saying 5 and below really need to get more sleep, its unhealthy

 

It's unhealthy, but it's hard as fuck to get more hours of sleep for some. I use to sleep 2 hours a day at one point.

 

My sleep is dependent on how I feel or want to sleep. Right now , I've not had much due to the fact it's A level exam season, plus I have bouts of insomnia during stressful periods. Sometimes though I can sleep 14-15 hours on a weekend.

Even though I rarely do so anymore, I love sleep.

 

I like to sleep 8-9 hours but unfortunately ive been not getting any sleep at all recently for no apparent reason.

 

if im lucky 8 hours I probably average around 6.5
