MaksyRS Final Dispute

Going to make this as long as I can, to cram in as much information as possible. It's a complicated story.
First off, I was banned the first time for being accused of scamming a user, "Dscimpur3" (http://www.sythe.org/members/436198-dscimpur3.html) who is now currently banned. I was banned for a short period of time, and yet was unbanned when no evidence was presented on his side of the argument.
After that, I was unaware of my unban and proceeded to forget about sythe, and then the events stated here ensued - http://www.sythe.org/dispute-forum-archive/1823122-2nd-opinion-please-banned-evading.html (Please read that thread^)

And, after all of that I was told to go back and repay dscimpur3 the money that I apparently scammed, by Dave.

But now, however, a series of events have unfolded, and I may possibly be able to prove my innocence to scamming the user in question. A long series of skype chats should be able to prove this.
These are quite old so may not be able to find them all, but here is the main evidence.
He first says it's only me working on the account, yet he then goes back and says there are two people on it, user in question is "Elrod" seemed a bit sketchy already (Note: user in question "Dscimpur3" did change his skype from joseph sythe to ryan sythe as it was "hacked") Note, elrod was banned on sythe at the time. All proof of this happening are in these gyazos. He then goes to say that he thinks this dude took his money when he got hacked like he said, and obviously shows that he doesnt know him well. He then goes back on this and blames me for the taking all the money, and clearly there were 2 people on the account at the time of my services, so how can he clearly pin the blame on me. He then backtracks himself after saying that the guy that he first thought scammed him was a "fag" and then says that he knows him extremely well, and would never scam him, yet he has scammed in the past if you look at records of Elrod's sythe. He suddenly trusts him completely after saying he didnt. Here are the gyazos from the whole conversation we had on his old skype, sorry for the wall of text.

BUT, if we backtrack a few days, when he first got money taken off his account, so he said, he said this in skype:

Openly calls his so called friend, who he knows where he works and lives a "fag"
He then sent me this image of him ignoring the guy who he knows so well -

And then he says he's only "Pretty sure" about what one of his best friends, so he says, sythe names.

So, basically, he totally backtracked himself on his whole thing, went back on his accusation of his banned friend doing it, turned around and a few days later accuses me of it, and he is suddenly best friends with the guy he thought scammed him a few days earlier?

Here are a few more skype images of the chat I had with him, with the guy he suddenly trusts. He is very sketchy in saying the only details he can give me is that his name is jack, proving that he doesn't actually know him as well as he makes out to. He also says here that he trusted him, after he said what he said above.

Its been 2 days, my thread has still not showed up on here. Are there any advancements to it?

 

Created my dispute 2 days ago now, and it's still not showed up. Just making this to check you haven't forgotten? Or am I doing something wrong?

 

In addition to my current dispute, users involved "Dscimpur3" and "Elrod" are also both currently banned on sythe so contact can not be made with them any more, as they are not using their skypes, which were used plainly for sythe reasons. Also, it's even harder to find contact as Dscimpur3 was banned over a month ago.

 

It's been 4 days, still nothing? Is there any insight as to what's happening?

So long story short i come on here and browse the forums from time to time until i will go about making a pardon, this user i see is trying to get unbanned who was banned for scamming me out of 15m, he then in this unbanning process told you guys he tries to contact me but he is a liar and he doesnt. He hasnt even tried to talk to me on skype in months and here is the proof, just thought this should be said. my skype is always on i go on my computer everyday if anymore proof is needed let me know.

I don't see where he said he's been trying to contact you. Instead, he's claiming the proof presented will absolve him of the debt owed to you.

 

i apologize Shin i could have sworn i saw him say he tried to contact me but i never answered because im banned, let me do more research im almost 100% i saw it maybe not in this post but i did let me look but in the mean time dave told him to repay me then try a pardon but he hasnt repaid me just saying, i will update you soon if i find where he said this if he even did that is maybe when i saw it a couple days ago i was just tired.

As I've said above, he hasn't repaid you (or made an attempt to contact you... most likely) as he thinks he can dispute the debt which is currently owed to you.

Well, apparently it's not too difficult.

 

Back to my original point... where is the actual proof that I scammed him? That has still not been presented. Also, I was unaware as that he was using that skype, as he was only using it for sythe purposes, and I presumed since he was banned he wouldn't use it.

But then on the first scam report the date where Jack Goff says "Multiple chances were given to provide requested evidence to no avail

Just wanted to clear that up.

The scam reports were ruled inconclusive but as you were told in April, sharing sythe account details with anyone else is a bannable offense and you would have to request a pardon for that
