OSRS RARES - Phats

So I've been noticing a lot in the wild people wear phats like coifs nowadays, what's up with that? Are they worth like no value now? Do you guys ever see them becoming 100m+ again? What do you experts think? Are they worth investing in? (I know you're not supposed to share that but...) Pm me if you need to, I'm just looking to make some future investments. Thanks guys!

 

Jagex has announced that there wont be rares in OSRS, phats, h masks and easter eggs will all be handed out during different events every year. So no they aren't going to be worth anywhere near what they used to be.

 

when the first ever p hats came out only like 2000 people played the game so not as many crackers was picked up.

Thousands and thousands and thousands of p hats and rares have been released and i doubt they will ever exceed 100k etc

 

I also wouldn't invest in them since jagex has pretty said they'll constantly release them

 

yup they will never be the same, i still feel cool having 2 sets of each though

 

Sparc mac has like 3,000 of each holiday item, they won't be rare anytime soon

 

Well if he gets the majority of them in the game they will become rare

 

i was thinking of just buying out all of them and forcing them to become a rarity... supply and demand, once you get them all; ditch the account for a year or so and become filthy rich!

 

I personally have been given a item spawner from jagex and have dropped a few thousand mask. I can tell you they will never be rare again. Its a wasted venture to invest in them.

Rares will never be rare, the game will die out before any of these phats worth nothing turn into more then 100k a piece

 

Jagex wll give 2 of each every holiday, they WILL NEVER be rare, funny how you said you thought they would eventually be 100m, lmao.

 

They are pretty much just for looks

 

I hope some day in the future jagex says they will stop giving them away each holiday and become rare xD, I don't think it will happen, but hope dies last lol.

 

Imo they'all never become a rare considering mostly everyone on OSRS probabaly owns a set.
