MSN Hacked Since This Morning. BEWARE.

I have taken appropiate action against the scammed, and kindly made him give it back or threatened him with something he wouldn't have liked very much. Thank you for you support, and I hopr I can MM for you, again. Just if you didnt realise I got my MSN back.

yeah well you better hope you gett it back soon because i was told im prolly going to be de mmed because my msn was hacked.

edit: Hopefully I wont but now i have absolutly no chance of ever becoming a higher respected member of the comunity because of it

 

Conman3030, I do not have anything against you, actually I think you're a quite good MM, but that should be a manditory rule. Yet it still isn't. If you get hacked, you should be deMMed. It's not saying you would of scammed, nor done anything of that sort, but the security of your account got compromised, and next time it could be worse, hence why the deMMing. I hope they would make this rule hold through for all moderators aswell.

And xD., no offence, but not likely it really matters if your MSN is hacked, post it in your sig if anything, no need to make a thread about something so small.

Sorry for your loss, if you cant get it back just make a new one, scan for viruses, and make a really hard password.

 

Sheesh. People don't get the fact that... MSN CANNOT BE HACKED. The only plausible way for you to have lost your account was through means of social engineering or keylogging, or mere simple guessing.

Brute forcing will not work.

Hacking programs don't work.

But however, everything else does.

But keep trying to login, it might be server maintenance that's the problem.

 

I mostly see this happening after theres a scammer report posted or something (not saying you would have done that, but some people seem to..)... And yes msn accounts can be hacked by keylogging/social engineering or just sending a trojan (direct connection while sending/going to send files?).. Oh well im not a professional at this hacking crap (and i wont act like i would be).

I dont use msn much anymore (or only my private one for irl friends/people i know well) cause of these trojan threats/stupid people..

 

Guys, the only reason I posted this thread is because I dont want people getting scammed by the hacker, as I do a bit of MMing. God, just trying to help.

Hmmmm, some people post that their MSN being hacked just so they can scam with it, not saying you are, but it happens a lot, as it is rare for someone who is not a mod to get hacked. I don't think anyone would target you.

 

Well, its true Im not lieing MSN has been hacked, any doing trades with it, DONT!

 

No offense, and I am not pointing any fingers, but couldn't you use this as a reason to scam? I mean come on, if you scam anyone due to a hack, you should be banned anyways. Learn to protect your account. I'm sure some people were brute forced, and I have nothing against some of the more respectable people that have been hacked, but come on, add a few caps and numbers to your password.
