I'll just keep using EzBlocker in combination with a self made bash script which I gave the spotify icon and put it in my start menu.
Clicking it just opens both EzBlock AND spotify.

That looks like a really good deal. Although spotify premium really doesn't offer anything special other than the fact that you get no ads while you are listening to music with it.

 

It also offers a better sound quality.
