Once again requesting an unban please

I was falsely accused and cant stress how much it kills me to this day i used to make quite alot of my livelihood income from sythe. I dont know how to get my point across, for starters there wasnt solid proof of me being a ban evader, i was linked to some faggot on the same isp as me and he had 'similar interests' so i was banned.
Anyways i feel ive waited a long time and i should be unbanned as i am innocent. I am willing to pay a fee depending how much you ask as im not too rich to cover any inconveniences caused by the other guy or what not, i dont even know what to say. I had built alot of vouches too around 50+ which shows i was serious about business and not a threat
I am serious about wanting to be unbanned and please notify me what i have to do.
